C4ISTAR - Reconnaisance

Reconnaissance gains information about the area of interest or targets. Reconnaissance is a precursor to combat and continues after the combat to determine its results; it belongs to the core activities on a contemporary battlefield. Most of the ISTAR components for military intelligence, surveillance and target acquisition are also available for reconnaissance. However, PRAMACOM-HT also seeks to provide specific solutions and systems supporting reconnaissance of specialized and combat units. Thus, system solutions of sets support not only LOS (Line-of-sight), but also BLOS (Beyond-line-of-Sight) and NLOS (Non-line-of-sight). BLOS / LOS include unmanned and unattended sensors such as Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGV), and Unattended Ground Sensors (UGS).
