Modular SpektrX allows for a day/night long-range observation/surveillance both in digital and line-of-sight modes. Digital mode combined with camera enables to capture photos/videos of distant objects including metadata (GPS coordinates, observation/surveillance azimuth) that are stored to SD card both at daylight (utilization of day eyepiece) or at night (utilization of eyepiece with 3rd Generation I2 tube). Line-of-sight mode without camera does not depend on batteries and electronics. If connected to laser rangefinder like e.g. PLRF-25C and Bluetooth or Wi-fi camera, the photos can be shared with Android system and automatically shown on a digital map (e.g. MyVector software).
