History

PRAMACOM-HT Ltd. was established in 2002, yet had been active in the market since 1995 (formerly as part of a daughter company Pramacom Prague Ltd.). Since its very beginning, the company has focused mainly on optoelectronics and systems integration.  Its prime customers became the security and armed forces of the Czech Republic. Gradually company’s portfolio has expanded into other areas such as unmanned aerial vehicles, communication equipment or software development with an emphasis on systems integration. In 2010 R&D Department for Optical and Acquisition Systems was opened to enable measurements in major regions of the electromagnetic spectrum (night vision, thermal imaging, lasers). Another important milestone followed as the R&D Department for Electronics and Software was opened to develop custom application software and perform peripherals integration.

In 2014 PRAMACOM-HT became a part of Pramacom Group holding.
